Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders throughout the Technology Group to establish recruitment strategies aligned with product roadmaps, ensuring comprehensive recruitment plans are in place.
- Assess team capacity to identify risks and opportunities, setting contingency plans to tackle potential challenges.
- Partner with leadership to standardize job roles and descriptions and share effective practices for technology team recruitment.
- Work across various functions to delineate clear career progression paths and identify training requirements for a consistent approach.
- Align capacity plans with financial goals, working in conjunction with the finance team to identify and mitigate budget-related risks.
- Provide strategic oversight and reporting for the technology program portfolio, establishing best practices for delivery and governance.
- Champion tools and systems that promote transparency and facilitate effective decision-making across the organization.
- Collaborate with other PMOs to ensure cross-functional alignment and manage interdependencies between projects.
- Develop and implement a communication strategy to keep teams informed of company and industry developments, enhancing engagement across all technology teams.
- Lead the communications team in crafting clear, executive-friendly messaging tailored to diverse audiences.
- Support department-wide objectives, initiatives, and goals, ensuring success metrics are tracked and feedback integrated.
- Assist with onboarding, recruitment, and engagement efforts across the technology division.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership, including role definition and career path establishment.
- Strong capability to motivate and manage global teams, fostering robust stakeholder relationships across business functions.
- Data-driven management approach with a solid understanding of financial principles and reporting mechanisms.
- Expertise in creating repeatable processes for enterprise-wide decision-making.
- Comprehensive knowledge of program management best practices, particularly in the digital and OTT technology sectors.
- Experience in agile software delivery at an enterprise level.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategy, concepts, and execution plans to all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to delegate effectively while maintaining oversight and empowering team members.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in project management or technology delivery, preferably within media, technology, or OTT sectors.
- At least 4 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale programs in a fast-paced setting.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required; a background in technology or engineering is advantageous.
