Job Description

  • Troubleshoot issues with client workstations, printers, email, backup, applications, etc.
  • Learn software/hardware used and supported by our company
  • Experience performing hardware installation and issue resolution
  • Strong desktop support/implementation skills for Windows 10-11, Mac OSX
  • Working knowledge of peripherals (printers, scanners, copiers, etc.)
  • MS Office products and Office365 Email knowledge
  • Windows servers (some server installation/maintenance experience preferred)
  • Highly self-motivated, ability to prioritize, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbally and written)
  • Ability to work within a ticketing system
  • A valid driver's license, this position entails occasional travel to client sites throughout New York and Northern NJ. Travel to client sites within a 20-30-mile radius to perform hardware/software installation, resolve IT issues that cannot be resolved remotely, and other various item
  • Must be US Citizen, as the candidate will be working on Networks that require US Citizen working status.
  • ONSITE/IN PERSON M-F 830am-530pm NOT REMOTE
