What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience is_ required_
  • At least one year solar sales experience is preferred
  • Must be willing to utilize all avenues to self-generate leads (door knocking, social media, cold calling, etc.)
  • Must have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel, if necessary
  • Highly motivated, self-starters with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

What We Expect:

  • Manage all leads and opportunities: both provided and self-generated
  • Create and present solar proposals effectively to prospective customers either in person or virtually
  • Close 1 deal per calendar week
  • Participate in weekly training workshops to help develop your solar sales skills
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with customers regularly to ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience
  • Communicate on a daily basis with your Team Manager to establish and accomplish goals
