Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support & Scheduling:
• Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, showings, and appointments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.
• Prioritize and coordinate daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
Transaction & Client Management:
• Assist with real estate transaction coordination, ensuring documents are completed and deadlines are met.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
• Maintain and organize client records and follow up on pending tasks.
Appointment Setting & Lead Coordination:
• Schedule appointments for real estate showings, solar consultations, and client meetings.
• Follow up with leads and maintain CRM systems for both real estate and solar businesses.
• Communicate with potential clients to qualify leads and schedule follow-ups.
General Business Support:
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials as needed.
• Conduct research on market trends, potential clients, and business opportunities.
• Provide occasional personal errands and support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Previous experience in real estate, solar sales, or administrative support is a plus.
