POSITION SUMMARY

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing Accounts Payable using accounting software and other programs for multiple entities
- Ensuring bills are coded, approved, and paid in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensuring employee expense reimbursements are coded properly and processed for payment
- Research any vendor and employee payment discrepancies
- New vendor setup
- Serve as AR backup for deposits as needed
- Previous relevant accounting experience (2-3 years)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Able to handle multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
- High level of organization and attention to detail with a problem-solving attitude
- Strong ability to handle confidential information discretely
