We are looking for an ambitious Recruiter/HR Coordinator, an individual with a strong desire to succeed and a drive to take ownership and demonstrate leadership at work. If you possess excellent communications skills, are outgoing, driven, and a "go-getter" who loves to take initiative as well as possess great organizational skills, then this is an opportunity you wouldn't want to pass!
HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Consistently recruit excellent staff.
- Create and maintain job descriptions
- Maintain a smooth onboarding process.
- Carry out necessary administrative duties.
- Conduct performance and wage reviews.
- Maintain and report on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
- Maintain employee and workplace privacy.
- Liaison to ADP TotalSource - HR Business Partner
EDUCATION
- Required: High School Diploma
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or in any related field.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Experience in educating and coaching staff.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written.
- High-level of customer experience focus and mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Self-motivated team player with patience who enjoys interaction with all employees to include management, directors and executive officers.
FULL-TIME / 5 DAYS IN OFFICE POSITION
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 9am-5:30pm, Fri 8:30am-5:00pm
Compensation: $45K-$55K
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
