Preferred Experience
- Experienced Graphic Designer who is knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrated experience in a professional/multi-task team-based environment with a track record of successfully accomplishing goals and meeting deadlines.
- Design compelling print and digital assets that align with LCBC’s brand and communicate effectively across a variety of mediums.
- Translate ideas and messaging into clear, visually engaging communications that resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate withMinistry Leaders, Project Managers, and other team members to solve problems, maintain high-quality creative output, and meet deadlines.
- Work effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects at once.
- Contribute to a healthy team culture through clear communication, openness to feedback, and proactive problem-solving.
- Handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Research and explore new creative tools, technologies, and processes to improve team workflows and elevate creative output.
- Take initiative and support additional team needs or job-related responsibilities as they arise.
- Can articulate an identifiable salvation experience, lives out a pattern of spiritual development, and regularly attends and participates in the ministry of LCBC.
