Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Finalizer to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all marketing materials before they go live. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong proofreading skills, and the ability to uphold brand guidelines across all content formats. The Finalizer will be responsible for reviewing and refining marketing assets, including copy, visuals, and layouts, to ensure they meet CFI’s brand standards and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with the Creative Team of Art Directors and Designers.
- Has ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Retouching images when necessary.
- Ensuring that the graphics created are compatible with existing content and the brand image
- Executing all retouching and Photoshop works on all images used in the layout and design of all publications and materials completed by the Creative Team.
- Staying up to date on social and digital updates and innovations.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Working with a wide range of media graphic design software and techniques who is an expert in Adobe illustrator, Photoshop and Figma
- Responsible for rolling out multiple formats, sizes and specs of any given creative quickly and efficiently
- Finalizing files and artworks for all the jobs with pixel perfection and speed.
- Adapting artworks into many sizes.
- Incorporating quick changes recommended by the clients into the final design within the constraints of time.
- Ensuring all work produced adheres to specified guidelines.
- Preparing file for printing upon request; identify the size and the form with file.
- Carryings out work as briefed, unless variations to brief are requested.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience as a Finalizer, Production Artist, or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of pre-press and digital production processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Figma).
