What are the responsibilities and job description for the PeopleSoft Developer Sr position at LCRA?
You qualify with :
- Nine or more years of experience in developing and programming / coding software applications or relevant experience. A degree(s) in computer science or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Strong experience with PeopleSoft programs like SQR, Application Engine, PeopleCode, COBOL, etc.
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to write queries against PeopleSoft data model.
- Experience in development / Configuration and support of PeopleSoft modules like Lease Administration
- Prepare and provide recommendations for technical solutions to enhance business processing efficiency of existing and / or new processes.
- Assists in resolving day to day related issues and troubleshoot user inquiries.
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and strategic thinking.
- Experience facilitating sessions.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively on diverse teams.
- Sound verbal and written communication skills.
