Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing a variety of events. You will work closely with the Event Manager, clients, and Chef to understand the event goals and ensure that all details are executed flawlessly. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
Duties:
- Coordinate all aspects of event execution.
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring that all equipment and materials are properly organized and accounted for
- Ability to possibly oversee two events simultaneously
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process and during the event itself
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination between departments
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency in time management to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and handle unexpected challenges
- Experience in hospitality or events and party planning
- Must be 21 years of age or older as there is often alcohol served during the event
- Serve at special events that are hosted by the Company
