KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Marketing Coordinator:**
- **Content Creation:**
- Assist in creating marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and informative content
- **Social Media Management:**
- Contribute to managing social media platforms, including content scheduling and community engagement
- Monitor social media analytics and report on key metrics
- **Event Coordination:**
- Support the planning and execution of cooperative events and community outreach programs
- Coordinate logistics and assist in promotional activities during events
- **Digital Marketing Support:**
- Assist in implementing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and online advertising
- Work with the marketing team to maintain and update the cooperative's website
**Member Services Coordinator:**
- **Customer Inquiries:**
- Aid in addressing member inquiries by providing accurate and timely information pertaining to any LCEC communications related to posted cooperative events
- Address member concerns and escalate issues as needed
- **Member Outreach:**
- Engage with members to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement
- Assist in the development and implementation of member communication strategies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is desired
- Previous experience in marketing support or customer service roles is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
