Position Summary
Provide IT help desk support to include support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices. Record, process, and resolve all user incident / requests using the organization's established IT ticketing system.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide IT technical support expertise to include user permissions, desktop support, troubleshooting, imaging, patches / updates, user training, and peripheral support.
Test / validate all changes, to include performance of all security compliance testing.
Log and update requests / incidents in approved ticketing system.
Perform a variety of clerical duties as assigned

Education & Experience Requirements
3 years related experience
CompTIA Security or equivalent certification
Security Clearance Statement : This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level : Top Secret
Skill & Certification Requirements
Microsoft operating system
IT desktop, laptop, and peripheral support
CompTIA Security
Microsoft Technical Certification
DoD Security Clearance required : Top Secret
May require lifting of 20-50 lbs.
Extended telephone use
Position requires sitting for long periods of time. (Sedentary Work)
Most duties require use of a keyboard and computer monitor
