Position Summary
Provide IT help desk support to include support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices. Record, process, and resolve all user incident / requests using the organization's established IT ticketing system.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide IT technical support expertise to include user permissions, desktop support, troubleshooting, imaging, patches / updates, user training, and peripheral support.
- Test / validate all changes, to include performance of all security compliance testing.
- Log and update requests / incidents in approved ticketing system.
- Perform a variety of clerical duties as assigned
