Leaders Moving and Storage is looking for a dynamic leader to assist in managing our Indianapolis location. This position requires a self-motivated individual with a keen ability to lead, motivate and coach while cultivating a culture of care and service.
Responsibilities:
· Assigning accountabilities, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results to ensure company goals are met
· Acting as a trusted leader with a thorough understanding of customer service, productivity, employee engagement and morale
· Professional demeanor and personality for creating and cultivating relationships with internal and external customers to increase market share
· Ability to promote the business through phone and in person contacts
· Other duties as assigned by the General Manager
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years supervisory, management, and customer service experience
· Excellent oral and written comprehension, communication, organizational, and time management skills
· Demonstrated ability to lead by example to motivate, develop, and direct people
· Must be proficient with the following Microsoft applications: Excel, Word
· Valid driver's license with a good driving record is a must.
Compensation:
- $55-$58k starting salary
