We are looking to fill a full time position.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements :
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Robust attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills
- Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
- Must pass background check.
Preferred Education and Experience :
- Have obtained or working towards Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in technical field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT /IS
- Microsoft operating systems and software support
- User and group administration and Active Directory experience
- Firewall and Network Security best practices
- Office 365 and Exchange Administration experience
- Hyper-V and/or VSphere/ ESXi experience
Responsibilities include :
- Provide exceptional support to telephone, in-person and online end-users.
- Install, configure and support various types of hardware including desktops, laptops, monitors, phones, peripherals and printers.
- Install and configure software packages and provide first line support of those packages.
- Document processes and maintain accurate IT records.
- Receive and respond to users requests for software support and hardware support.
- Maintain, install and support server systems. These include physical and virtualized systems.
- Maintain, install and support network infrastructure including network switches and firewall devices.
