Description :
- The Workplace Services Coordinator will report to the Workplace Services Associate Manager and will be responsible for the day to day operations for our Metro Boston sites. The Workplace Coordinator will work closely with our Welcome Desk, Facilities, and Meeting & Event leads to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : greeting employees and being the face of the office, issuing temp badges and visitor registration, moving furniture, assisting with catering set ups and clean up from events, gathering and managing lost and found items, conference room bookings and resets, mail program, office supply inventory.
- This position is fast paced and requires a high level of customer service. Time management skills and experience with ticket management a must. Help make Salesforce a great place to work!
