You’ll also process tuition payments, manage invoices, assist with payroll, and maintain financial records to keep everything on track.

Primary Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors.
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing information or directing inquiries.
- Manage appointment scheduling.
- Monitor daily transactions for accuracy.
- Analyze expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Assess spending habits to refine financial strategies.
- Implement a budgeting system for accurate yearly forecasting.
- Track costs and expenses diligently.
- Update client contracts and manage invoices.
- Monitor vendor payments and commissions.
- Contribute to team efforts as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, finance, or related working experience
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is necessary for this role
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
- Problem Solving
- Self Driven
- Must be familiar with Google Suite Apps
Salary : $27 - $30
