Role Description

The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company, managing relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition with any of the branches of military active-duty
- Must meet DoD SkillBridge or Hiring our Heroes requrements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
