Account Manager - Seating - National Sales Center

Learfield Amplify is actively seeking an Account Manager, Seating for the National Sales Center team. Our highly valued sales representatives are a critical piece of our puzzle! Without their contributions, the property could not deliver on its commitments. We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Account Manager to provide the necessary support to our Learfield Amplify Seating Team. The goal is to facilitate the customer service and revenue generation to 75 university partners and their fans. Responsibilities :

• Manage inbound calls from new, current and past customers to promote and sell chairback stadium seats
• Assist in managing and maintain internal CRM and database
• Assist in ensuring data integrity in CRM software system with the integration of athletic ticketing software
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales goals established by management
• Provide superior customer service to clients throughout the season
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned by Director
