Program Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies for the Teacher Apprenticeship Program, aimed at supporting aspiring educators.
• Coordinate all aspects of the program, ensuring adherence to regulations and policies.
• Manage program budgets, overseeing expenses, and allocating funds appropriately to meet program goals.
• Collaborate with educational institutions, school districts, and community partners to enhance program services and resources.
• Provide administrative support, maintaining accurate program documentation and records.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to gauge the effectiveness of the program and make necessary improvements.
• Cultivate positive relationships with program participants, their families, and program staff.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of program staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of program participants throughout all program activities.

Skills:

• A strong background in education, preferably with experience in teacher training or educational program development.
• Proven experience in program development and management, preferably in an educational setting.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Proficient in budgeting and financial management, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently.
• Knowledge of educational principles and practices, with a focus on teacher training and development.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and partnership with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with teacher certification processes and requirements.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines effectively.
