Position: Piano Teacher
We are seeking a caring, compassionate, and skilled Piano Teacher to provide engaging and interactive piano lessons for children aged 4-11.
Responsibilities:
- Create a fun, engaging, and organized classroom environment to foster a love for piano.
- Teach beginner-level piano lessons using interactive activities, visual aids, and creative techniques to help children learn in a playful and rewarding way.
- Plan and structure lessons effectively, balancing new material, review, and practice.
- Provide progress updates and feedback to parents to track each child’s development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and child-friendly teaching space in compliance with licensing guidelines.
- Attend staff training sessions, meetings, and programs as required.
- Strong proficiency in piano playing, including technical skills and knowledge of beginner-level repertoire.
- Enthusiasm for teaching children and a passion for music education.
- Ability to adapt teaching techniques to suit various age groups and learning styles.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children and their families.
- Organizational skills to keep track of students’ progress and lesson plans.
