About The Position
In Order to Succeed in this role
- Requires work on active commercial constructions sites.
- When onsite, the employee must wear appropriate personal protective equipment as required by the company’s safety policies.
- Standard hours: up to 40 hours a week, plus work-related events.
- Creative problem solver with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic technical support skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work independently and with a team.
- Working towards a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or have equivalent years of experience.
- Help with all phases of the PC lifecycle, including setup, deployment, inventory, and removal from service.
- Assist with answering Service Desk calls as appropriate to the Intern’s knowledge and skill.
- Help with documentation, including knowledge base articles.
- Help with installation and support for software.
- May assist with other IT projects occurring during that time.
- May include visits to active construction job sites.
