Main areas of responsibility :
- Assists and supports IT Infrastructure
- Supports hardware such as servers, PCs, printers and other hardware
- Support the IT service level for the Division (ensure continuous improvements in service quality and cost efficiencies)
- Create strategic and operational plans
- Support IT leadership in everyday tasks, such as maintaining calendar,
- assisting with meeting SLAs, ticket monitoring, and assuring phone coverage
