JOB POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Digital Marketing Agency Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring successful project execution. This role requires a tech-savvy, organized, and client-focused professional with experience in digital marketing, account management, and customer service. The position may start as a part-time position with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance.
This role is ideal for someone with 3 years of experience in account management or customer service within the marketing/advertising industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present well on camera. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Quickly establish rapport with clients, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Identify upsell opportunities and proactively suggest additional marketing services that benefit the client.
- Assist in client retention efforts, ensuring continued engagement and satisfaction.
Campaign Oversight & Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams (SEO, content, design, paid ads, automation, etc.) to manage and oversee marketing projects.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze reports, and provide strategic recommendations based on results.
- Ensure deliverables meet client expectations, project deadlines, and marketing best practices.
Communication & Presentation:
- Conduct regular client meetings via Zoom, effectively presenting marketing strategies and reports.
- Respond to client inquiries with problem-solving skills, ensuring swift and professional resolutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client communications, feedback, and project progress in the CRM and project management tools.
Project Management & Organization:
- Utilize CRM and project management tools to track and manage client projects.
- Ensure all tasks are completed on time, with accountability and ownership.
- Maintain a structured workflow, ensuring alignment with client objectives and agency processes.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Experience:
- 3 years in Account Management, Customer Service, or Client Success within the Marketing/Advertising industry.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, email marketing, automation, and analytics).
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment with a dedicated, professional workspace.

- Physical & Schedule Requirements:
- Part-time with the option to grow into full-time.
- Preferably based in Central PA, but open to strong fully remote candidates.
- Working hours will be 9 AM - 5 PM EST
