What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1:1 Special Education Paraeducator position at Lebanon High School?
Job Overview:
Lebanon School District is seeking a Paraeducator to join our education team serving a high school student in the home, 2 days a week. Responsibilities include assisting nurse with personal care and providing carry-over of special education services. There may also be additional time if a school-based paraprofessional substitute is needed for this student.
This is a rewarding position for a candidate with patience, flexibility, and creativity. The ability to be an integral part of a professional team is required.
The regular work schedule is about 4 hours a day, 2 days a week, for a total of 8-10 hours a week.
Requirements:
Paraeducator I & II Certification preferred, but not required.
