Office Administrator

Don’t miss this Office Administrator opportunity in White River Junction, VT! You’ll be in charge of a variety of general office and data entry tasks for a busy residential contracting firm.

Responsibilities of the Office Administrator

  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Perform data entry and data entry prep for payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
  • Handle mail and banking activities
  • Maintain files and records
  • Interact with third parties for billing, insurance, scheduling, etc.
  • Order supplies and keep workplace organized
  • Perform additional support tasks and special projects as required

Qualifications of the Office Administrator

  • Accounting experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with Sage Accounting a plus
  • High attention to detail
  • Conscientious and well-organized
  • The Office Administrator works Monday through Friday from 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm. We look forward to connecting with you!
