Responsibilities of the Office Administrator
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Perform data entry and data entry prep for payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Handle mail and banking activities
- Maintain files and records
- Interact with third parties for billing, insurance, scheduling, etc.
- Order supplies and keep workplace organized
- Perform additional support tasks and special projects as required
