Part Time Bookkeeper
Our client is seeking a Part Time Bookkeeper for their team. If you’re an experienced professional, preferably with an accounting background in construction, development, or real estate management, then this could be a great fit for you!
Responsibilities of the Part Time Bookkeeper
- Maintain accurate and complete accounting records for construction projects
- Prepare financial statements for use in analysis and planning
- Manage AP and AR
- Process payroll and oversee employee benefits
- Handle month-end and year-end close out of financial statements, account reconciliations, and G/L analysis
- Ensure timely processing of invoicing/requisitions and related subcontractor/vendor payments
- Set up billing terms and invoice formats
- Manage and report on cash flow
- Compile documentation and prepare reports
- Perform additional tasks as required
Qualifications of the Part Time Bookkeeper
- 5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Preference for candidates with a background in accounting for construction, development, or real estate management companies
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks
