What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at Ledgent Finance & Accounting?

Pay Rate Range: up to $28 and more once hired
Schedule: M-F 730-4pm
Type: temp-to-hire
Duties:
Responsible for overseeing all accounting functions including but not limited to:
- AP: 3-way matching , reviewing vendor bills, entering vendor bill
- AR: Receive and enter customer payments, remittances
- Bank and credit card reconciliation, general ledger account reconciliation
Requirements:
- Any ERP System, and Excel experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience with AP, AR, and GL
- Education in accounting preferred

- 401k after 1 year, employer match 10% up to 4% of salary
