Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
- Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures
- Processing expense reports for company credit cards
- Performing reconciliations on AR/AP related accounts
- Assisting finance team on weekly/monthly reporting
Requirements and skills
· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business field (Preferred, not required)
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
· Experience with MS Office products
