Job Details
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with key users, process owners, and customers to identify inefficiencies and gather business requirements.
- Document current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") business processes.
- Design proposed solutions, including workflow and screen designs.
- Present the proposed solution to stakeholders, gather feedback, and finalize requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
- Work with offshore technical teams to develop and implement software applications.
- Track development progress, monitor tickets, and oversee activities.
- Conduct testing and document implementations to ensure quality.
- Train end users on new implementations and process changes.
- Continuously prioritize tasks based on business impact, urgency, and stakeholder needs to ensure efficient execution.
- Configure systems and devices for new customer accounts, and conduct site visits to ensure successful onboarding and smooth transitions to new systems and processes.
- Help standardize internal software development lifecycle processes.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies (IoT, traceability, cloud solutions) to drive innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience driving ERP system solutions (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle) with a focus on inventory, warehouse management, forecasting,
- OR as a Business Analyst in an organization developing cloud-based applications.
- Prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and handle conflict situations in a service-oriented manner.
- Passion for technology (IoT, traceability, automation) and willingness to continuously learn.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
