Our client, in Haverhill, MA, has an immediate opening for an Accounting Clerk on a temporary (part-time) basis.
Role: Accounting (Temp/Part-Time)
Length: 3 months
Location: Haverhill, MA (On-Site)
Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible on schedule)
Pay: $24-$25/hour
Duties:
· Provide support to AP department
· Enter invoices in Excel and operating system
· Follow up on unpaid invoices
· Work with client to adjust invoices, as needed
· Assist with account reconciliation
· Provide general support to accounting team
· Provide clerical support (filing and scanning) as needed
Requirements:
· Intermediate MS Excel (spreadsheets/formulas)
· Must be able to commit to consistent schedule
· Commit for length of the assignment
