We are offering an exciting contract opportunity for an Accounts Payable and Receivables Clerk in Pineville, North Carolina. Responsibilities:
* Conducting a three-way match to ensure accuracy in accounting processes
* Handling day-to-day accounting tasks to maintain financial records
* Ensuring timely processing of accounting tasks to meet business needs
* Managing both electronic and physical mail related to invoices and bills
* Entering invoices accurately to maintain up-to-date financial records
* Reviewing and coding bills as necessary to ensure proper accounting practices
* Preparing open Accounts Payable (AP) after reviewing and coding bills
* Setting up payments through check or ACH
* Utilizing tools like Microsoft Excel, Radius and OpenAccounts for various accounting tasks
* Performing tasks related to Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, and Data Entry as needed.
Requirements:
* Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as in high volume AP/AR or in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.
* Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary
* Applicant must have manufacturing or high volume 3-way match experience.
* Must have experience in Data Entry.
* Knowledge of Invoice Processing is essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required (pivots, vlookups, etc)
Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in related field required
