Dynamic and growing company committed to providing top-tier service to their clients. Our dedicated team is our most valuable asset, and we are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team.

Position Overview:
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting tasks, and supporting the finance team in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's financial processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and a proactive attitude towards managing financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for the company.

• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.

• Prepare and process payroll on a regular basis.

• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for management.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

• Handle any other bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $28-$35 hourly
