Hamann Companies is looking for an Financial Analyst / Asset Management Associate to join our team and play a key role in overseeing and optimizing our diverse portfolio of assets. Financial Analysis & Asset Evaluation:
- Assess the value and profitability of investments - NPV Calculations
- Estimate partnership valuations
- Review property tax assessments for potential appeals and allocations
- Conduct financial due diligence for potential acquisitions
- Monitor solar panel system productivity
- Analyze financial impacts of new lease agreements
- Track spending on development projects and compare loan options
- Perform reserve analysis for property maintenance planning
Real Estate Transactions, Non Profit, Legal Entity Management:
- Assist with commercial and residential real estate transactions
- Prepare and organize documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with escrow, title companies, and key stakeholders
- Establish and maintain legal entities, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Review and resolve title report issues
- Maintain accurate real estate records and databases
- Work with nonprofit organizations to maximize financial efficiency of managed assets
- Provide ongoing support to the Asset Management team
- Take on a variety of tasks and projects as needed to support company owners and operations
- Strong character and professional references
- Proficiency in Excel and working with numbers
- Ability to complete NPV calculations on investments
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to develop systems and processes
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong written communication skills
- Quick learner with solid computer/software skills
- Must be able to work in-office (no remote work available)
