Job Description
Our client in Gainesville is seeking a detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various departments to streamline order management.
- Perform quotes, create invoices and process payments for customers.
- Work closely with sales, accounting & plant teams to align order & project activities.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate and manage pricing agreements.
- Review and approve invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing and working with an order management system in manufacturing.
- Must have invoicing and purchase order experience.
- Deadline driven and highly motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Strong Excel and Sage/Peachtree software.
