Provides order management support and order issue resolution for IAPF and / or T&M products for all customers in YCA's territory.
DUTIES / RESULTS
- Facilitate order management support to the Yokogawa channel partners and BPO partner to ensure IAPF and T&M product orders are entered and released timely.
- Resolve minimum target of group cases on a daily basis.
- Purchase order analysis to ensure that the pertinent information for product fulfillment is provided and complete. Coordination with channel partner, BPO partner, customer and / or sales and marketing to obtain complete information.
- Complete order management support including, but not limited : to quotations, order entry, expediting, change orders, cancellations, return orders, channel partner support, and BPO partner assistance.
- Order scheduling to meet customer requirements including lead time negotiations with manufacturing, production control, and suppliers.
- Facilitate customer master maintenance. Each Specialist will be required to coordinate with accounting the financial information required to enter a new customer into the database. Support BPO partner in this regard.
- Inputs data entry of customer purchase orders for all products into Product Sales Module of SAP system.
- Report to management and sales staff to enhance the level of customer service and to increase sales for YCA's territory.
- Takes ownership for their assigned cases. Must facilitate the resolution for each issue.
- Monitors and follows-up on all Past Due orders to resolve and properly communicate issues as required.
- Should be capable of understanding and conversing in technical terms with PMK, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education : Two year technical degree and / or three to five years of equivalent experience and / or training
Experience : Minimum of five (5) years experience in a manufacturing / distribution setting, including five (5) years experience in a customer service and order entry environment. Working knowledge of SAP is preferable.
