The anticipated hourly starting rate for the ideal candidate is between $23.79 - $28.55
The Position
The Lee County Port Authority is seeking a skilled and highly motivated individual to join our information technology department. This is a professional, non-exempt position reporting to the Director, Information Technology. The Contract Coordinator is primarily responsible for the administrative oversight, validation, and quality assurance of multiple contract accounts, which includes the detailed and timely review of various service agreement invoices and billing statements, purchase order and payment processing, expense forecasting, report generation, and detailed budget and expense analysis. The position initiates corrective action as appropriate and consistent with the terms and conditions of various service agreements and performs periodic quality assurance audits as assigned. In support of departmental staff, performs professional administrative duties associated with the efficient operation of the Information Technology Department.

- Maintain the department's master contract files including solicitation documents, contract scope and specifications, service provider agreements and related documents
- Oversee the planning, preparation and utilization of the department budget
- Initiate and oversee requisitions and purchase orders
- Review and process agreements and invoices
- Conduct detailed reviews of contract source documents
- Assists department staff with monitoring compliance with contractual scopes of service, terms, and conditions, and reconciliation of payment packages consistent with the approved budget
