Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team. Duties
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries of findings for review by attorneys.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading contracts and other legal documents.
- Provide executive administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Maintain organized files and databases for case management and data entry tasks.
- Support the litigation process by preparing documents for court filings and managing case calendars.
- Assist with estate planning documentation and compliance matters as required.
- Stay updated on tribal law regulations and ensure adherence within the organization.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal administrative role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation practices.
- Proficiency in legal research techniques and tools.
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with estate planning processes is a plus.
