">We are seeking a skilled personal injury attorney to join our team at Leeds Professional Resources.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation on the plaintiff's side and a strong background in handling case files from start to finish.
- Draft, review, and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
- Research case law and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case
- Represent clients at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation
- Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system
Requirements:
- J.D. degree is required
- Membership in the State Bar Association and a state license to practice law is mandatory
- Strong litigation skills with proven record of success in personal injury cases
