A Senior Trial Attorney oversees the entire case-handling process, including managing serious and catastrophic cases, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and supervising staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the case-handling process
- Handle serious and catastrophic cases
- Ensure compliance with SOPs
- Supervise staff, including litigation assistants, paralegals, and case managers
- Prepare clients for mediations, trials, and depositions
