About the Role
As the HRIS Manager, you’ll oversee the administration, support, and enhancement of our HR systems, with a focus on Workday. You’ll lead a talented team, drive system implementations, and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions that support our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing HRIS team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Serve as the Workday expert, independently configuring Talent and Performance Management modules from implementation to ongoing optimization.
- Support Compensation Review cycles and enhance Workday Core and Advanced Compensation functionalities.
- Act as the bridge between HR, IT, Finance, and other teams to translate business needs into effective HR technology solutions.
- Analyze and streamline end-to-end HR processes, resolving issues and driving improvements.
- Oversee system upgrades, testing, integrations, and training initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5 years administering HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle), including 3 years in HRIS management.
- Proven success leading HRIS projects, including implementations and integrations.
- Expertise in Workday Human Capital Management, with hands-on experience configuring Talent Management and Performance Reviews.
- Experience with Workday Core and Advanced Compensation configuration is a plus.
- Prior HRIS management for a large, publicly traded organization is preferred; experience in hospitality or leisure industries is a bonus.
- Knowledge of HR disciplines like talent acquisition, development, and compensation.
- Skills:
- Strong project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to coach, delegate, and drive team performance.
- Proactive problem-solver with a passion for innovation and process improvement.
- Certifications:
- Workday Pro Certification is highly desired.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
