Responsibilities:
- Implement initiatives to enhance value of the real estate investment portfolio
- Collaborate with asset management team to identify and execute improvements
- Prepare and present regular reports to internal stakeholders, recommending actionable insights
- Create effective reports to update investors on investment performance
- Assist in due diligence efforts for potential acquisitions, evaluating property financials, lease agreements, and markets conditions
- Identify and assess risks associated with the investment portfolio
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the fund's investments
- Conduct market research to support fact-based insights and recommendations
Requirements:
- Master's degree in real estate preferred
- 5 years minimum of experience in asset management industrial properties and Yardi
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
