Description : Overview
Leepfrog Technologies, Inc. provides its CourseLeaf software to more than 500 of the nation’s most academically complex colleges and universities to manage their academic catalogs, curriculum, section scheduling, registration, and syllabi management needs.
Our Marketing Department works collaboratively across all of our corporate departments to develop new sales opportunities, support client success, and assist in talent acquisition. Our primary outreach centers around conferences / trade shows and digital marketing. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting these efforts.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of email outreach strategies that drive new prospects for sales and an increase in client satisfaction for client success.
- Support the development and implementation of social media strategies that drive new prospects for sales and qualified applicants for human resources.
- Support monthly sales demonstrations and webinars.
- Assist with the review of staff and client presentations.
- Assist with CourseLeaf.com and Leepfrog.com website updates.
- Assist with conference / trade show communications and logistics as needed.
- Track data to share progress with digital marketing strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
Generally, the Marketing Coordinator position is considered sedentary. The Marketing Coordinator will be sitting and using office equipment, phones, and computers. However, they may assist with packaging and shipping containers for conferences and may travel to the annual LUC Conference. They should occasionally be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
