The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing and sales support activities for the organization's products and/or services. The position may require intermittent travel, approximately 3-4 weeks a year.

- Manages the company website and dealer portal, including any updates or changes to content and layout.
- Executes support activities, as defined, for the field sales and insides sales and service teams including training kits, collateral needs, promotional flyers and in-field activity support.
- Uses electronic tools to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously; including recording meeting minutes, project status, open tasks, assignments, deadlines, metrics, milestones, and results.
- Executes trade show plans.

- Develops systems to track projects, manage and service requests.
- Develops understanding of our website back-end.
- Seeks ideas for continuous improvement to processes and project management.
- Assists with other organization projects and events on an as-needed basis.
- Administers field support activities within Salesforce.

Requirements
Qualifications and Essential Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field, and a minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram forms and dealing with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Computer skills including MS Office products, Salesforce and other software tools appropriate for the position.
- Strong writer with the ability to write advertising, reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and other various marketing communications.An awesome communicator that can effectively give presentations and create supporting visual tools to enhance messaging.
- Ability to effectively respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

The noise level in the office work environment is usually quiet. Employee may be exposed to shop environment while distributing documents to shop area.
