About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping marketing and branding strategies, identifying new markets, and creating opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You’ll work cross-functionally to drive product visibility, manage promotional campaigns, and develop lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of global marketing strategies
- Identify and quantify new market opportunities and customer segments
- Create compelling marketing content, collateral, and campaigns (digital print)
- Manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and analyze market trends
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and sales goals
- Support product management and go-to-market initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree, with 10–20 years of marketing and business development experience (Master's a plus)
- Background in industrial equipment or advanced manufacturing industries
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven record of growth
- Experience in SEO/SEM, digital marketing tools, and content strategy
- Ability to understand and market complex technical products
- Creative thinker with analytical skills and a collaborative mindset
