About the Position
The Recruiting Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition Department by focusing on sourcing top talent, liaising between Recruiting, Onboarding and Credentialing while maintaining a seamless candidate experience, and supporting the organization’s overall talent acquisition strategy. The Recruitment Coordinator will utilize their expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure efficiency and compliance. Additionally the Coordinator will help with prescreening candidates, and leveraging resources to help build a talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Legacy’s Talent Acquisition function by performing administrative tasks, including :
Posting new requisitions and updating job boards / postings as needed.
