You will manage front desk operations with the highest standards, addressing the needs of our practice members and ensuring that every interaction is met with warmth and attention to detail. Your role is key to providing a first-class experience, and you will help to maintain our reputation for superior service.
In addition to receptionist duties, the role also involves administrative tasks, such as maintaining accurate records, scheduling appointments, managing practice member accounts, and supporting daily office operations. You will work closely with the Legacy Health Chiropractic team to ensure smooth workflows, timely appointments, and an organized and well-functioning office.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Perform general administrative tasks (answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a tidy reception area).
- Provide information about chiropractic services, procedures, and general practice policies.
- Maintain and manage practice member accounts.
Operational and Administrative Support:
- Perform general office administrative procedures, including but not limited to maintaining and ordering supplies, stocking paperwork, and setting up the office to be operational before each shift.
- Ensure the correct administrative procedures are completed at the end of each day.
Service Coordination:
- Thoroughly and accurately set up practice member accounts.
Marketing and Evaluation:
- Assist with scheduling and the marketing funnel.
- Participate in occasional weekend marketing events (required 2 weekends per month).
- Assist in internal marketing events.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and scheduling systems.
- Ability to handle practice member inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk role is preferred.
- Knowledge of chiropractic services is a plus.
