Regional Search Director – Part-Time / Contractor (Nashville, TN)
Identify & Connect with Small Business Owners Who Need a Transition Plan
Legacy of Tennessee is hiring a part-time, contractor-based Regional Search Director to help identify and uncover essential small, family-owned businesses in the Nashville area that are not actively listed for sale but need a transition plan.
We are focused on building a regional network of 3-5 essential businesses within a 100-mile radius of Nashville. These businesses are critical to the local economy and infrastructure, yet many lack a succession plan. Our model is designed to help these owners transition on their terms while keeping their businesses locally operated and positioned for long-term success.
