Design Center Coordinator
Legacy Homes, one of the fastest growing homebuilders in North Alabama, is searching for a Design Center Coordinator. We are looking for talented people to help us continue to grow.
We are currently looking for a full time Design Center Coordinator for our Corporate Office in Huntsville, AL. Qualified Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills with great attention to detail and a pleasant demeanor.
GENERAL FUNCTION:
Under the supervision of the Design Center Manager, the Coordinator is responsible for providing a comfortable environment for buyers and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Design Center.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct buyers through the process of making color selections and deciding which upgrades to include in their homes.
- Ensure buyer’s preparedness by guiding them through a brief preview.
- Review weekly appointments and prepare recap for management team.
- Complete all Change Orders and send to the purchasing department.
- Prepare selections for Market Homes.
PREREQUISITES FOR SUCCESS:
- Experience in working directly with customers, especially in resolving concerns
- Design background preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate with internal and external customers
- Ability to follow, establish, or modify defined business processes
- Ability to manage different personality types in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary service

REPORTS TO: Design Center Manager
SUPERVISES: Does not apply
WORKS WITH: Customers, Production staff, Sales staff, Office Support staff, Management.
