Legacy Luxury Transportation is a transportation company in Gilmer, TX. We are currently in need of an organized and proficient team player to perform a variety of administrative tasks and to offer support to office personnel.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar software.
Ability to perform job duties with speed and accuracy without constant supervision or guidance.
Ability to be a team player and offer assistance where needed, in a fast-paced environment with frequently shifting priorities.

Answer, screen, and direct all phone calls
Check and reply to email, quote requests, and social media
Scanning and filing of paperwork and documents
Reservation confirmations
Processing receipts and payments
Cleaning office and vehicles as needed
Conducting inventory and ordering supplies
Accurately complete and maintain reports and logs
Entering driver payroll
-Other tasks may be added or changed as needed.

- 2 years experience with Microsoft Office
- Proven experience in an Administrative role
- High-school Diploma
- Strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Must promote a positive working environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
