Swim Site Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coaching or teaching lessons as needed and assisting with deck attending duties, staff management and overall safety and quality control.
• Evaluate and improve the efficiency of lesson schedules and procedures to enhance quality, efficiency, and satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor the operation of the department.
